Welcome
to the Village of Dundalk in south-central Ontarios Grey County.
Located on Highway 10 between Shelburne & Flesherton at an elevation
of 1735 feet above sea level, you might think of Dundalk as the
closest place to heaven!
Dundalk
has come a long way in 150 years. 'Our forefathers carved the thickly
forested bush into century old family farms and engaged in the trade
of livestock and wood products. Such large volumns were traded that
Dundalk earned the reputation as the busiest commercial train station
on the Toronto-Owen Sound rail line'.
The
train is gone now and the population has grown from 800 to two thousand.
Commercial opportunities exist once again for the entreprenuerial
spirit who sees the population moving north on Highway 10.
